Our commitment

Nala Sound Sculptures S.R.L. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide a website that conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, aligned with EN 301 549 (the EU's harmonized accessibility standard).

What we do

• Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks on every page
• Keyboard navigation throughout the site (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Esc)
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users
• Sufficient color contrast (WCAG AA: 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI)
• Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such
• Language attributes on every page (5 locales: English, Romanian, German, French, Spanish)
• Responsive design that works at any zoom level up to 400%
• Respect for system preferences (reduced motion, color scheme)

Accessibility widget

We provide an in-page accessibility widget (look for the circular button at the bottom-right corner of every page, or press Alt + A). It exposes options for:

• Larger text and line spacing
• Dyslexia-friendly font (OpenDyslexic)
• High-contrast mode
• Color-blind filters (protanopia, deuteranopia, tritanopia, grayscale)
• Reduced motion
• Highlighted links and headings
• Reading guide that follows the mouse
• Enhanced focus indicators and larger cursor

Settings persist in your browser between visits.

Known limitations

We are continuously improving. Areas we are actively working on:

• Some product gallery images may not yet have descriptive alt text for every variant
• Audio samples on product pages do not yet have transcripts
• The interactive scale-selector guide has limited screen-reader cues for some steps
